ITINERARY DETAILS

DAY 1 -Upon your arrival at Zanzibar Airport you will be met by a member of Dassie Safaris team who will transfer you to PWANI BEACH RESORT AND SPA. Enjoy meals and Overnight stay at PWANI BEACH RESORT AND SPA. What we love about the resort is its beautiful location, reliable and outstanding service staff with bubbling personality

DAY 2 After a warm breakfast at the resort at around 08:00am visit the Jozani Forest, a visit to this forest is enlightening especially for photographers The forest is a home to endemic red monkeys, blue monkeys, both gray and red squirrels and other various wildlife, also visit an algae plantation and get to learn more. Enjoy lunch and drinks at Rock Restaurant in the middle of the ocean or at the local village of PAJE. Transfer to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3

After a hearty breakfast at the resort at around 0800am , visit the SPICE PLANTATION for a spice tour, a tour which will take you through and get to know various spices and herbs used in traditional food, cures for ailments and traditions, proceed to STONETOWN where you will get to learn, hear ,feel and smell the difference, get to know the places and stories of slavery, old fort, Zanzibar door, Freddie’s house, house of miracle and many more, thereafter sail in a traditional wooded boat, drink a beer in the walls of an old prison and feed the giant tortoise in the prison island [changuu island]. Enjoy meals [lunch plus fresh fruits and a local drink, beer]. Transfer to resort for dinner and overnight stay. .

DAY 4

After a warm breakfast at the resort at around 0800am, sail to MNEMBA ISLAND, at this very point you have an opportunity to have a glimpse of the DOLPHINS and those who prefers to take a dive and swim with the dolphins are highly encouraged as it is safe and entertain, we will have an ample time for snorkeling on clear waters sands and bathe in the shallower waters. Enjoy an amphibian lunch with fresh seafood grilled right in front of our eyes. Embark to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 5

After a warm breakfast at NEPTUNE PWANI BEACH RESORT AND SPA at around 0800am visit the ROCK AQUARIUM where you will have a golden opportunity to mingle and swim with the TURTLES, then proceed along the beach to a fishing village where we will get to see the construction of the traditional dhow boats and the life of the residents, later on sail to the SUNSET in NUNGWI one of the most beautiful and breathtaking beaches having refreshments and live music in lodz. Enjoy meals Transfer to resort for dinner and overnight stay. .

DAY 6

After a hearty breakfast at the resort at around 08:00am, transfer to airport and connect with your international flight back home. End of services .
