TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT & REFUND & CANCELLATION
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking in excess of 60 days (8weeks) prior to the event or tour booking, with the balance payable 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the booked date. In respect of bookings made with less than 40 days prior to the commencement of the tour or event period, the fee must be paid in full amount to secure the booking. Cancelations of up to 50days before the commencement of the event or tour period will result in a full refund of the event or tour fee less a 30% administrative fee. Cancellations within 20 days of the event or tour booking will forfeit the total fee.
