DAY 1
Upon your arrival at JULIUS KAMBARAGE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JKIA) Dar es Salaam or from the Hotel in Dar es salaam you will be met at 07:00 am by a member of DASSIE SAFARIS team who will arrange and transfer you by Air [domestic flight] to KIGOMA AIRPORT, on reaching KIGOMA airport you will be met again by member of DASSIE SAFARIS team who will transfer you by road to KIGOMA HILLTOP HOTEL in KIGOMA

GOMBE - STREAM NATIONAL PARK
DAY 2-5
Set at an altitude of 1524m above the sea level, Gombe stream National park is one of Tanzania’s smallest park covering 56km2 of surface area, it’s a small park but its famously known for its prolific primate species, the most notable being the chimpanzee, other primates’ species common in the park includes red Colobus monkey, blue monkey, red tail monkey among others.
After a hearty breakfast at the Hotel at around 08:00am transfer/sail to Gombe stream national park at MBALIMBALI GOMBE LODGE.
Enjoy meals and overnight stay at LOGDE.

MAHALE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK
DAY 6-8
100km south of Kigoma Town lies the Mahale Mountain National park, also 50km along the Lake Tanganyika Africa’s deepest, oldest, longest lake, worldwide it’s the world’s known longest freshwater lake and one of the least-polluted lake.Mahale hosts over 800 species of wild chimps, habituated to human visitors by a Japanese research project founded in the 1960s. The Mahale Mountains Range is made up of 6 prominent peaks, the highest being Nkungwe towering at an elevation of 2462m above the sea level, lots of activities can be done here in Mahale includes chimpanzee tracking, hiking, fishing, swimming along the clear waters of the Lake Tanganyika with its pristine beaches, camping safaris, climbing the NKUNGWE PEAK, Bird watching as well as visiting the Tongwe people sacred sites. Visiting Africa’s 2nd highest waterfalls KALAMBO.
After a hearty breakfast at MBALIMBALI LODGE, GOMBE at around 08:00am transfer to MBALIMBALI LODGE, MAHALE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK.

KIGOMA TOWN
DAY 8-9
After a hearty breakfast at MBALIMBALI MAHALE LODGE at around 08:00am, transfer back to KIGOMA HILLTOP HOTEL.
Enjoy meals and overnight stay at the hotel.
Excursions in KIGOMA UJIJI as this is the oldest historical town it has a lot to offer. Found 10km south of Kigoma, a famous site of the famous meeting on 28/10/1871 when Henry Stanley found Dr. David Livingstone and reputedly uttered the famous words “Dr. Livingstone, I presume?”
DAY 10
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel at around 08:00am, transfer to Kigoma airstrip catch a domestic flight to Dar es Salaam or Arusha, connect with your international flight back home.
